Formation:
Basal Belly River
Formation Depth: Various (6 wells)
Prior Production: 0 (new wells)
After Stimulation: Avg. of 20 MCF/D
In December 2005, a major
Canadian producer decided to test the GasGun against traditional stage
fracs in their shallow gas wells. They stimulated 6 wells with the
GasGun and 6 wells using 5 tonne sand fracs. The producer
conducted pressure transient analysis on all 12 wells and provided us
with the results. Production results achieved by the GasGun were
equivalent to the fracs and were a fraction of the cost. For
details of the pressure transient analysis please click the link to the

Formation:
Taber sandstone
Formation Depth: 1122 - 1135 Meters
Prior Production: 2-3 BOE & 3 MCF/D
After Stimulation: 7 BOE & 3 MCF/D
After 2 Months: 6 BOE & 4 MCF/D
In January 2005, a well located
in Alberta, Canada, was stimulated with three 2 meter (6.6 feet)
GasGuns. This well is a cased hole completion in the Taber sandstone
formation. The three intervals that were stimulated ranged in depth from
1122 meters (3681 feet) to 1135 meters (3724 feet). Prior to the GasGun
the well was making 2-3 BOE and 3 MCF/D. After the stimulation
production increased to 7 BOE and 3 MCF/D. Two months later it was
making 6 BOE and 4 MCF/D.

Formation:
Mannville sandstone
Formation Depth: 1138 Meters
Prior Production: 215 MCF/D
After Stimulation: 342 MCF/D
In January 2005, a well located
in Alberta, Canada was stimulated with a 2 meter (6.6 feet) GasGun. This
well is a cased hole completion in the Mannville sandstone formation at
a depth of 1138 meters (3733 feet). Gas production in the well increased
from 215 MCF/D to 342 MCF/D.

Formation:
Lower Mannville sand
Formation Depth: 1057 Meters
Prior Production: .8 m3/d (5 BOPD)
After Stimulation: 3.95 m3/d (25 BOPD)
After 2 Months: 1.87 m3/d (12 BOPD)
In November 2004,
a well located
in the Turin field of Alberta, Canada, was stimulated with a 1.5 and 2
meter GasGun. This is a cased hole
completion in the Lower Mannville sandstone formation at a depth of 1057
meters (3467 feet). The well was producing .8 m3/d prior to the
GasGun shot. After the stimulation production increased to 3.95
m3/d and after two months settled in at 1.87 m3/d
